Jeffrey Woods
President & Principal Consulting Metallurgist
With over 35 years of industry experience, Jeff Woods is a recognized professional in mineral processing and hydrometallurgical operations. His expertise spans heap leaching, flotation, biooxidation, crushing and grinding, plant construction and commissioning, and process optimization. Jeff’s background in metallurgical test work and process flowsheet development is backed by extensive work using experimental design and statistical analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
He has played a key role in developing proprietary processes and implementing practical improvements that have translated into measurable gains for clients around the world.

Jessie Link
Lab Manager & Consulting Metallurgist
Jessie Link is a metallurgist with over 14 years of experience in ore processing, metallurgical testing, and plant operations. As Lab Manager at Woods Process Services, she oversees custom test programs and supports clients with clear, practical solutions to improve recovery and solve processing challenges.
Her background includes managing lab and plant teams, commissioning new facilities, and optimizing processes for gold, copper, and other metals. With a strong foundation in both field operations and lab analysis, Jessie bridges the gap between data and on-site performance.
She holds a Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno and is passionate about collaboration, efficiency, and mentoring within the mining industry.
