Bulk Sulfide Flotation in Action!

Check out these rougher flotation bubbles from our latest bulk sulfide flotation project, where we’re selectively floating lead and copper before a cleaner stage to separate the two.

In this rougher stage, air bubbles carry valuable sulfide minerals to the surface, creating this rich, frothy concentrate. The dark, metallic sheen in the froth is a great sign that our collectors and frothers are doing their job!

Next steps? This bulk concentrate will go through cleaner flotation to selectively separate lead from copper, optimizing recovery and grade for each metal.
